The old Radcliffe Town Hall, now converted into self-contained flats
The Town Hall is ideally located for:
Bus Routes
Metrolink
New Lift Centre
Gym
Market and Shops
It is at the heart of Radcliffe and is no more that a few minutes most places
The Old Radcliffe Town Hall was renovated in 1999 to provide accomodation for 10 single homeless people.
The flats are all self-contained, Kitchen, Bathroom, Living Room, and Bedroom.
One flat is disabled access, others have minor adaptations. some are on the ground floor, many are on the first floor.
Flat sizes range from compact and bigou, to needing a map to get around.
There is a laundry onsite for all current and former service users
As the project is not staffed 24/7 we expect service users to be able to manage their own flats.
This means you will need to be able to:
Cook a meal
Budget for Gas and Electric meters
Attend Support Sessions
Pay Rent
If you are prepared to work with the team, we will organise to work with you in gaining full independence in your own accommodation.
